Orchestrated Regionals 2018
The first Orchestrated Regional Visit is right around the corner, so we wanted to give you a preview of what exactly Regionals are and what you can expect when attending. This is the 2nd year that Orchestrated has put on Regionals, with the intention of bringing full-day workshops to our customers. It allows users to meet their Customer Success Manager face-to-face. It also allows users the opportunity to attend classes to help better utilize the software and network with other Orchestrated users.
Location, Location, Location
Like last year, there will be five Regionals spread across the US, with the intention of bringing the team at Orchestrated as close to everyone as possible. This year the team will be in San Francisco, Tampa, Ft, Collins, Philadelphia and Milwaukee. While Orchestrated is headquartered in Oregon, this gives users the opportunity to experience face-to-face training with the team, without the need to travel to Portland.
What Are Regionals?
It’s important that you get the most out of our Regional Visits, that is why the first day is free, all you have to do is pre-register. It gives everyone the opportunity to join us for a free day of networking, get to know other Orchestrated users, and participate in a feedback jam.
If you are looking to get face-to-face training, be sure to register for the entire 3-day visit. Each day will consist of your choice of two classes, and because of their popularity at Orchestrate, each day will end with an ‘Ask the Expert’ Session. So, make sure you prepare your hard-hitting questions for the team to answer.
What to Expect from Regionals?
Each Regional Visit has 8 classes, with 2 classes occurring during every morning and afternoon session. The schedules were designed for everyone at the brewery to get the most out of the sessions. Expect a deeper dive into the software, allowing you to utilize and better understand functions in the software. Meet the Team
Regional Visits give you the opportunity to meet your Customer Success Managers face-to-face. Join Dani, Claudia, Lida and Kait, as the Customer Success Team hosts every event. In addition to Customer Success, each Regional will have product experts from our Services Team. They will be there to teach classes and host ‘Ask the Expert’ Sessions.
