CBC 2017 is in the books. We’re still recovering from a long week in D.C. and reminiscing all the experiences and great conversations we had. Here are some highlights
The OBeer booth was a landmark
This was our biggest booth to date (20’ x 30’). Our prime booth location near the main entrance (in addition to our giant white balloon) was a meeting point for many among the thousands of other booths.
We came prepared with a team of 8 people this year, 4 of which were dedicated solely to customer success and making sure customers have the resources and information they need.
Attending CBC is more than just ensuring our presence and observing the latest industry trends. It’s also a way for us to connect with customers and promote conversation. The insights and feedback we get at our booth has always been an extremely valuable part of attending the conference. In fact, the ideas, feedback and insights we gather from CBC play a vital role in future software upgrades and improvements.
It’s this Community factor that helps differentiate us from the other brewery software tools and solutions in the market.
The “Exploring OrchestratedBEER” Group Session was packed
This is the 4th year that we’ve held an informational panel session, which accommodates those who didn’t get a live demo at our booth. Big thanks to our OBeer panelists: Maegen from The Dudes’ Brewing Co., Peter from Left Hand Brewing, Ashley from Capital Brewery, & Mike from Night Shift Brewing for answering questions on how they utilize OBeer.
The OBeer/Lilypad Solutions “Pre-Party”
We also had a huge turnout for our joint CBC pre-party at Birch & Barley with our friends at Lilypad Solutions (they make a mobile CRM solution). 150+ people packed the house for great beer, food and networking before the main welcome reception.
The Unveiling of the Mobile Production App Update – Now with QC!
CBC attendees had the chance to play with our new Mobile Production App, now including QC. We were excited to unveil our new app at one of the biggest events of the year. You can now capture QC metrics and edit production orders along with several other noteworthy features. Stay tuned for more information…
We’ve been going to CBC since 2011 in San Francisco and we can honestly say that CBC 2017 was the best yet.
Now, on to Nashville for CBC 2018!
