A little Orchestrate history
Orchestrate is an annual 3-day conference in Portland, OR focused on the business side of craft beverage manufacturing. It’s also the largest annual event for Orchestrated users to gather in one place to learn, collaborate, network and contribute to the future of brewery and distillery-specific software.
Orchestrate is an immersive 3-day experience for both current users and potential prospects to deepen their knowledge of Orchestrated through various workshops, training, how-to sessions, customer-led panels or impromptu brainstorming sessions.
But it’s not just about learning. Orchestrate provides the perfect environment to network with fellow users and vendors, strategize and ask questions, all while experiencing the best craft beer, spirits and food that Portland has to offer.

Pre-conference seminars provide the perfect excuse to extend your stay in Portland. Come a few days early to Learn MRP, Crystal Reports or attend an Accounting or Production Bootcamp.
Here’s a quick rundown of the available pre-conference classes:
Accounting Boot camp: Dive into the basics of accounting and sales functionality within Orchestrate in this all day boot camp.
Production Boot camp: In this full day boot camp style class, you’ll learn all the basics of the production process, as well as other valuable logical tools for the brewery floor.
2-Day MRP Training: Spend 2 days learning how to implement MRP at your brewery. Then test your new knowledge on a demo database followed by setting up your own database to be MRP ready… with the assistance from Orchestrated staff members, of course.
Crystal Reports Training: Learn how to create, edit, and run your own custom reports using SAP Crystal Reports and Orchestrated.
Opening Welcome Reception at The Evergreen
Join us Wednesday night for the Orchestrate 2016 Welcome Reception at the Evergreen PDX, located directly above Portland’s premium craft beer bar: The Loyal Legion.
- Sip on great beers donated by members of the Orchestrated community
- Play games (cornhole, giant jenga & foosball, etc.)

We’re rolling out “Regional forums” at Orchestrate 2016 to provide opportunities to meet other members in their region, as well as get a preview of our new Customer Care Program.
