OrchestratedBEER is proud to have finally launched its customer forum provided by Get Satisfaction. This is something we’ve been talking about for some time now and it’s definitely satisfying to finally have a fully functioning forum for our customers. The forum will allow our customers to do the following:

  • Ask questions
  • Make peer recommendations
  • Share best practices
  • Contribute to the future roadmap of our product

Within the first week of launching the forum, the forum had several visits from customers and questions posted such as “What is the best way to handle credit card expenses?”, “How do I Account for Tap Room Beer Sales by Brand?” and “How do I account for labor and overhead in the production process?”.

We will periodically post tips & tricks or useful shortcuts that can to used when using OrchestratedBEER to help simplifly your daily operations. The forum is also open to our partners, like Rich Lindsay CPA, former CFO of The Boston Beer Company, who often provides his expertise, solutions and feedback to posts made within the forum.
